This program builds from the Run Free program by incorporating the following: strength and flexibility workouts, cross-training guidance, nutrition guidance for proper endurance fueling and weekly 30-minute training reviews with an RRCA Run Coach. In addition to the above offerings, the Run Strong program includes dynamic training plans. This means if something is not working for you, your coach will address it and make proper changes for the duration of your plan. We are committed to YOUR goals, YOUR lifestyle and YOUR results.
