
The Run Free Program
So you’ve decided, or maybe are still deciding, to work with a Run Coach? Either way, that’s great and makes us SO excited to work with you. A Run Coach will guide you towards achieving your running goals efficiently, effectively and most importantly, safely.
The Run Free program is our basic package and is designed for beginner to experienced runners who are looking for a basic week-to-week running program under the guidance of an RRCA certified coach, but free of today’s technology driven running analytics. This plan is ideal for any person trying to improve their current running level without investing too much time into data analytics and heart rate monitoring.

What's Included...
The program begins with a 60 minute FREE consultation with a coach to understand YOUR goals, YOUR lifestyle and YOUR needs. From there, a 4-week training program will be designed with specific workouts targeted to meet your training objectives. Your coach will schedule bi-monthly 30 minute check-ins, but will always be available daily for clarifications or questions.
